| Description | 1. Removal and disposal of all trash, branches and debris from any mowing areas within the property lines, prior to mowing. 2. Remove all vegetation and woody growth from around all buildings, structures, walks, trees, parking areas, sidewalks or other similar items. 3. Remove and clear all dirt and small stones from any hard surfaces. 4. Mow all grass and vegetation areas to a height of three inches (3"). 5. No abrupt turning or sliding of equipment shall be done which results in lawn damage. Contractor will be responsible to repair all damage. 6. Mowing shall be done in a neat fashion which includes trimming and edging along sidewalks, curbs, fence lines and trees. 7. All concrete sidewalks shal] be edged to maintain a visible edge between the sidewalk and lawn. 8. All debris, grass and vegetation clippings shall be blown or swept off of walkways, driveways, parking areas and sidewalks after mowing is completed. | ||||
