Contractor Awarded Address: Houston, TX 77035-6517 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $144040.00 THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The general scope of this project is to remove an existing built-up roof system and replace it with a new EPDM membrane roof. Existing roof guard rails and access hatch will also be replaced. An entrance overhand to the Gatehouse will have the existing roof assembly removed and replaced with an EPDM membrane as well. Electrical work includes the demolition of the existing lightning protection system to include only those components on the roof and connected to existing down connectors. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238190 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
