Overhead/Passage Entrance Doors Maintenance and Repair

To perform full maintenance and repairs as necessary on all Overhead Doors, and repairs to overhead and other entrance doors on an “as-needed basis.” The Hereford Maintenance Facility has a total of twenty-one (21) overhead doors and approximately twenty (20) entrance doors and the satellite facility has one (1) overhead door and five (5) entrance doors to be covered under this agreement. Overhead door sizes run from 8’X10’ to 14’X20’. All overhead doors are sectional overhead doors on tracks. Pricing for this work shall be lump sum for the preventative maintenance work at both locations as described here-in and time and material pricing for repairs and emergency service. 1.
