Kelsey Creek Farm Irrigation Renovation

Perform irrigation installation and site restoration per the attached site plan and technical specifications at Kelsey Creek Farm, 410 130th PL SE, Bellevue WA, 98005 Work under this contract shall begin with Notice to Proceed from the City. Work shall be completed by 12/01/2022 This project does not have a scheduled pre-bid site-meeting. Contractor shall not begin work until Project Manager gives them a Notice to Proceed. A Bid bond, Performance bond, Payment bond and retainage are not required on this project. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No Bid may be withdrawn until sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening thereof.
