Shutters may include fold-down latches to prevent wind damage during hurricanes. All new shutters shall comply with all applicable building codes relative to wind load capacities for Broward County. Repairing any stucco damage or cracks Removing and replacing any gutters and downspouts to ensure uniform painting Paint color will be Benjamin Moore’s “Decorator’s White” in different sheens for trim, exterior columns and walls. Alternate color can be substituted with the Town’s approval. BM Ben Exterior or better. An equivalent can be substituted with the Town’s approval.
