Description

Johnson County Community College (the "College") is soliciting bids for the interior renovation of existing classrooms in multiple buildings across main campus. Includes demolition of existing finish flooring, ceiling and interior gypsum on metal stud partition walls. New work will include laying new carpet flooring, ceiling grid, gyp on metal stud partition walls, casework, electrical and data upgrades and mechanical modifications. Three alternates will expand scope of work to three additional rooms. A fourth alternate would add a sink and the supporting water lines to a classroom in the Midwest Trust Center (MTC). Clarification Deadline:04/07/2023 at 5:00 PM OLLEGE OVERVIEW Johnson County Community College (JCCC) is a comprehensive, public, two-year institution of higher education. The main campus is located on 234 acres in Overland Park, Kansas.
