| Description | Work will occur throughout Aden and Brackett Halls. Work includes but is not limited to; • Removal of multiple layers of carpet and pad as well as removing Vinyl Asbestos Tiles. • Installation of new LVT. • Cleaning and refurbishment of mechanical elements throughout the building. • Painting and new flooring in various locations throughout the building. • Miscellaneous electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work. • Physical Construction start date is May 11, 2020 with Final Completion of July 31, 2020. General Contractor services to provide demolition and complete construction of all items listed in the contract documents, which include all items above, including required electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, and HVAC services. |
