Steel Trade Package #2 - Masonry and Brick Trade Package #3 - Selective Demolition Trade Package #4 - Gypsum Board Assemblies & Suspended Ceilings Trade Package #5 - Flooring Trade Package #6 - Painting Trade Package #7 - Ceramic Tile Trade Package #8 - HVAC and Mechanical Trade Package #9 - Plumbing Trade Package #10 - Electrical Trade Package #11 - General Trades Package Trade Package #12 - Roofing Trade Package #13 - Metal Panels / Siding Trade Package #14 - Storefronts / Glass and Glazing Trade Package #15 - Landscaping All trade packages will be awarded, and contracted with Lake Central School Corporation, based on bids received from pre-qualified tier 1 bidders. Award of contracts will be in accordance with Indiana Public Bidding laws. Bidder receiving the award shall furnish an approved one hundred percent (110%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (110%) Labor and Materials Payment Bond which cover faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder. Said bonds shall remain in full force and effect for eighteen (18) months from the date of acceptance of the Work.Construction shall be in full accordance with the Bidding Documents. All Tier 1 bidders are suggested to complete and submit a Pre-qualification Form prior to bid submission deadline. Bidders may request the Pre-qualification Form and the Bid Documents electronically by emailing such requests to peterwintersteen@coreconstruction.com and are also encouraged to sign up with Building Connected. There is no cost for electronically downloaded documents. Bid Security - A Bid Bond in the amount of ten (10) % of the amount of the Bid, must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be executed in accordance with Indiana Board of Accounts Form No. 96 (Current Revision) - ""Contractor's Bid for Public Works"" (available at:portal), with a financial statement complying with Section III of Form No. 96, Supplemental Bid Form (Document 004113), a satisfactory Bid Bond, or certified check pursuant to I.C. 36-1-12-4.5, payable The Owner and the Construction Manager reserve their rights to accept or reject any bid (or combination of bids) and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All bids may be held for a period not to exceed 60 days before subcontract awards.
