| Description | The Miami Parking Authority is issuing this Request for Qualifications for Miscellaneous Construction Services Under $2 million, in order to procure a qualified pool of general contracting firms who can perform a broad spectrum of construction services. We intend to choose a minimum of three (3) firms for this pool to provide services over a multi-year period of time. Miscellaneous Construction Services will be provided on an as-needed, per project basis Letter of Intent to Respond must be written on company letterhead, reference the specific RFQ, be signed by the principal of the company, and be emailed directly to procurement@miamiparking.com by 4:00 pm on June 20, 2023. |
