Janitorial Services

The Contractor shall provide all janitorial staff/supervision, supplies, materials, and equipment to accomplish the specifications/scope of work outlined herein. Contractor shall be required to provide sufficient labor and supervision to perform various janitorial and custodial services Sunday through Saturday 4:00 pm through 1:00 am in CSN’s common/public, office, classrooms, restrooms, fitness, gymnasium, showers, and locker room areas in the locations listed in this scope of work. The Contractor shall provide at its own cost: at a minimum 30 backpack vacuums, 30 upright vacuums, 3 KaiVacs, 30 custodial carts, 8 auto scrubbers, 10 wide area vacuums, cell phones for Contractor supervisors, and 1 van for transportation between campuses. Contractor shall maintain minimum quantities of equipment listed in full working order at all times. If any equipment needs repair or needs to be replaced, Contactor shall be responsible for providing a replacement immediately. CSN will be responsible for purchasing consumables, to include: toilet paper, toilet seat covers, liners, soap, hand soap, hand sanitizer, and paper towels. CSN may purchase these items and other products as needed from Contractor at cost. Contractor shall inventory consumables weekly and submit to CSN a list of items and quantities that need to be replenished. CSN will be responsible for laundering rags, towels, linens, rugs, and mats and will verify inventory. Contactor shall manage the logistics of pickup and placement of these items. Pre-Proposal Meeting: Pre-Proposal Meeting on 4/1/2022 at 3:00 PM at Henderson Campus – 700 College Drive, Henderson, NV 89002. Meet in the Student Union Building Lobby.
