Description

The City of Fayetteville is soliciting bids for the construction of the Sunbury Drive Drainage Improvements along Sunbury Drive, Needham Drive, Rosehill Road, and Pleasant Loop. COF1516834.1 Installation of storm drain replacement system along Pleasant Loop, Rosehill Road (NCDOT Maintained Road), Needham Drive, and Sunbury Drive with the crossing of Rosehill Road (NCDOT Maintained Road) to be accomplished by trenchless methods. Project also includes sections of water main relocation along Pleasant Loop and Sunbury Drive and also crossing Rosehill Road (NCDOT Maintained Road) by trenchless methods; sections with sewer manhole and sewer main replacement; and water services and sewer lateral replacement. Removal and replacement of asphalt curb, asphalt pavement, concrete/asphalt/gravel driveways, concrete sidewalk, and landscaping. R/W and private property restoration as necessary during and after construction. The Project has an expected duration of 400 days.
