| Description | To provide the boiler replacement at Freedom Elementary. Refer to the attached plans for a complete scope of work. Removal of existing boiler, pumps, buffer tank, heating expansion tank, gas piping and other related piping. Provision and installation of new boilers, new heating water supply and return, gas piping, flue, and expansion tank. Rewire existing emergency boiler shut-off. It is the intent that this construction shall start as soon as possible and be completed. The work to be done under this section includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, controls and accessories required to complete all systems as shown on plans and/or described in these specifications, including miscellaneous items required to provide a complete and functional facility. |
