| Description | Construction of Belmont Elementary School HVAC Replacement 1517 Bolling Rd. Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina 27870. This bid package consists of the replacement of the existing air cooled chiller and associated pumps, replacement of the gas fire boilers and associated pump, replacement of the existing two pipe air handlers with new four pipe air handlers and upgrade of the controls. New chilled water lines will run to convert the system from a two-pipe system to a new four-pipe system. Minor demolition of select ceilings and walls will be required to accomplish the work. |
