RFQ Construction Manager - Construction Management Services Department of Natural Resources Parks and Recreation Division ARPA Improvements

This Project Specific Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Management Services is issued to request qualifications from those Construction Management (CM) firms interested in providing preconstruction and construction management services for the following project: Department of Natural Resources Parks and Recreation Division ARPA Improvements The project address is: Various locations throughout Michigan. Construction Start Varies by site. Construction Completion Fall 2026 (expenditure cutoff of 12/31/26) Questions must be in writing and directed to Chris Parsons at parsonsc5@michigan.gov and be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on 08/10/22. All questions will be responded to in writing and posted via addenda on SIGMA by or before 08/15/22. Construction Budget Varies by region. There are nine regions which vary in scope from $8 million to $20 million, for a combined total of approximately $130 million. Note amounts for proposed/estimated costs listed on attached spreadsheet are only conceptual and funding will likely be transferred/adjusted for individual projects within a region. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
