Description

The contractor shall provide a complete lead dust cleanup of basement laundry area in 121 Parks Lane (252SqFt), and front entry way of 121 Parks Lane (16SqFt). The basement laundry area results showed 45 ug/ft^2 on the floor. The front entry results showed 40 ug/ft^2 on the floor. Certified contractor will follow federal and state requirements for a complete and thorough cleanup and testing for lead dust cleanup.
