Description | The Contractor shall provide interior door replacement and store front exterior door operator exit device replacement services for the EDD facility located at 409 K Street, Eureka, CA 95501. The intent of this Agreement is for the Contractor to purchase and install two (2) interior one-hour fire rated doors and replace an electrified ADA operator exit device on an existing exterior store front door, in accordance with the following: Interior Fire Rated Doors 1. Purchase and install two (2) one-hour fire rated doors on the existing door frames located on the second floor across from the elevator The Contractor is responsible for acquiring and paying all permits, licenses, insurance, taxes, and inspection fees. 4. All work shall be performed in accordance with door/frame product manufacturer's installation specifications. |
