Description

Work will include draining the tank, cleaning the existing tank surface (both interior and exterior) and applying an overcoat (both interior and exterior). Before the overcoat is applied, coupons will be cut from the tank floor to evaluate the floor thickness. If necessary, the tank floor will be replaced. If not, the coupon locations will be patched. Additional miscellaneous repairs may be identified during the rehabilitation. When the tank rehabilitation has been completed, the tank will be inspected by a National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) certified inspector.
