Description

The term of this Contract shall be from the date of execution of the Contract by the Supervisor or her designee until December 31, 2022, unless earlier terminated by the Town. Town of Southampton reserves the right to extend the Contract for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms, if doing so would be in the best interest of the Town.
