Sidewalk Construction Services

The Village is seeking estimates for sidewalk replacement in spring 2022. The construction area is on the west side of Broad Street from Burgoyne Street to Spring Street. The Village will be responsible for the demolition, removal, and preparation of the surface. Scope of Work: 4” concrete sidewalks built to specs as per Addendum D images, Approximately 10,545 square feet at 5 feet width, Approximately 2,400 square feet areas wider than 5 ft, 6”x18” concrete curbing, Corners – at Burgoyne Street North and South end of Saratoga Street as per specs below in Addendum D. Materials provided: Concrete (4000 psi), curing spray, expansion material, wire mesh (6x6x2.9), Warning detectable surfaces (polymer type)
