Description

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified Licensed General Contractor for the renovation of 12,376 Gross Square Feet (GSF) of warehouse building for new LCSO Evidence Storage Facility. Install new roof and fire sprinkler system on entire 24,960 GSF warehouse building. Renovation to include interior demolition, new interior stud walls, reinforcement of existing CMU walls, new interior finishes, new offices, specialized storage areas, toilet rooms, MPE systems, alarm systems and limited sitework to include asphalt paving, minor landscaping and fencing.
