Construct A Pedestrian Underpass From Burlington Avenue, Through the BNSF Railway Embankment

Consists of proposed pedestrian underpass through the BNSF Railway embankment, new combination concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, earthwork, drainage, signing, lighting, tree removal, temporary erosion control, pavement marking, restoration, traffic staging. This project begins at a point on the centerline of Burlington Avenue (FAU 3783) approximately 477 feet west of the centerline of Central Avenue and extends in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 590 feet north through the BNSF railway to the north line of Hillgrove Avenue (FAU 3782) with additional 500 feet along Burlington Avenue extending east toward Central Avenue.
