Shelley Lake Park Comfort Station

The project entails construction of a new comfort station and the demolition of portions of the existing comfort station. The new toilet building will include concrete slab, concrete masonry block, cementitious fiber board siding, metal roofing and hollow metal windows, louvers and doors. There will be demolition and minor renovation to the existing toilet/observation building and this will be an add alternate. The project includes electrical, plumbing and minor HVAC. Paving and accessible parking will be included as an add alternate.
