2021 Civil Works IDIQ

This synopsis is for a new Civil Works Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract at Hurlburt Field, FL. This acquisition will result in a one (1) year base contract and four (4) one-year option periods. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ contract. The work covered by this Civil Works contract consists of, but not limited to, the repair, replacement, and minor construction of base pavements, water distribution systems, wastewater distribution systems and facilities including, but not limited to sidewalks, driveways, roads, parking lots, drainage systems, base airfield pavements, water and wastewater distribution piping and facilities, force mains, lift stations, and other related work at Hurlburt Field, FL. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and other items necessary to perform work under the contract specifications and associated task orders. A Statement of Work shall be provided for each individual task order created against the resulting IDIQ.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
