Description

Scope of Work: The contractor will furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, debris-waste removal/disposal, transportation and supervision necessary to perform all services requested. The contractor will provide routine landscape maintenance services to include mowing, edging, trimming, blowing/sweeping, grounds monitoring (general litter/debris removal), general lawn maintenance, grass planting and over seeding as described below. Additional landscaping or ground maintenance services may be added as needed.
