Additional soil supplied and placed on field BY Owner 8. Add new irrigation installed by other 9. Fumigation by Owner 10. Rototill soil area after fumigation, 3” in one direction 11. Finish laser level to a uniform and consistent grade NCAA Standards 12. Purchase, deliver and install Certified 419 Bermuda “Big Roll” sod; roll sod after installation 13. Root stimulant and fertilizer BY Owner 14. Irrigation is included in this bid.
