Description | Palm Terrace Elementary Replace Fire Alarm Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or cashier s check in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total bid. Bidders for this project are required to hold a current Certificate of Prequalification issued by the Volusia County School Board at the time of bid opening. All bids shall be binding for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of bid opening or until School Board approval of the bid, whichever occurs first. The bid amount of the successful bidder, once approved by the School Board, shall not be subject to change or withdrawal. All bids shall be subject to the provisions of the Solicitation, as defined in FAC Document 631, Instructions to Bidders. It is the sole responsibility of all bidders to fully comply with the provisions of the Solicitation during this bidding process.
