Description

Installation of concrete ADA compliant access ramps on front and rear of the preschool at Campbell Cottages (10425 West 64th Place Arvada, CO) and re-route a portion of existing sidewalk in the rear of the building to not be in conflict with new concrete ramp. Work will include removing existing concrete, installing new ramps and landings and handrails as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (1:12 ramp slope, 5’ by 5’ unobstructed area top and bottom, 36” clear width on ramp, etc.)
