Description

The Work consists of installing approximately 625 feet of 8 inch Ductile Iron watermain, 250 feet of copper water service and appurtenances, replacing approximately 1900 feet of existing 10, 12,18 and 36 inch clay gravity sanitary sewer pipe with PVC sewer pipe, furnishing and installing approximately 100 - 6 inch sanitary sewer services, removing and replacing of 13 sanitary sewer manholes and appurtenances, furnishing and installing 3 new sanitary sewer manhole and,appurtenances, removing and replacing 21catchbasins and existing piping and appurtenances as specified, including removing and resetting granite curb impacted by the catch basin installation, in the West Street area. West Street and the impacted streets will have 12-inches of compacted road base course and 4-inches of permanent trench pavement placed at the end of every work week. The work is to start in the Spring of 2022 and be finish in the fall of 2022.
