Permanent Generators and Installation

General The Oakland County Water Resource Commissioner (WRC) is soliciting bids from contractors for permanent generators, installation, site work and restoration, startup, and training for 12 sites throughout Oakland County. Please see the chart below for specific locations. Specifications/Scope of Work WRC intends to install permanent generators at 12 sites in the next five years. A schedule illustrating the planned installation year is provided in the Anticipated Installation Timeframe document attached. Two locations have not yet been designed; however, they may be added to this contract upon design completion. The South Opdyke lift station has an existing generator that requires removal and disposal. The other 11 sites listed below, consist of new installation. Drawings and specifications have been provided. The contractor may have to coordinate with other WRC projects and operations within the vicinity of the work. There is no guarantee of a minimum amount of work during the contract period.
