| Description | 1.Replace the fire alarm control panel and all associated initiating devices,monitor modules and control relays. 2.Connection of existing NAC circuits and power supplies to new system. 3.Test and inspect according to Steamboat Springs Fire Department requirements. The facility is served by an existing fire alarm system that has become antiquated.The scope of work shall include the replacement of the existing fire alarm panel and a one-for-one replacement of existing initiating devices, monitor modules and control relays. A concurrent elevator modernization at the Annex is scheduled to begin installation on October20, of this year. The scope of work in this RFP shall include all interface with the elevator modernization project. New control relays and monitor modules shall be included to interface with the elevator modernization project. |
