| Description | New windows and EIFS exterior on two of their existing classroom buildings. The buildings are in need of exterior thermal barriers and energy efficiency. The "lower elementary" building will receive new windows, soffits, and EIFS. The "middle or upper elementary" building will also receive new windows and EIFS, but will also have the existing locker room renovated on the south side of the gymnasium. The last piece of this project will include two alternates for the Pressbox at the existing football field. The Alternates will be either/or; both will not be accepted. Alternate 1A will be the renovation of the existing pressbox. Alternate 1B will be to remove the existing pressbox and provide a new pressbox. |
