RFP - Review Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plans of New York State Electric, Gas, and Water Utilities

The New York State Public Service Commission is seeking an independent consultant to review diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) plans of New York State electric, gas, and water utilities with 100 or more employees in their New York operations. The consulting firm will work at the direction of the Department of Public Service (NYSDPS) to assist with the evaluation of the subject utilities DEI plans and participate in working group discussions with the utilities. Contract term: six month contract Business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None.
