Bronx River Parkway Yonkers Sanitary Sewer

Plans call for study/design for discontinuing the connection conveying stormwater from the Bronx River Parkway to the 36" Yonkers sanitary sewer. As of October 22, 2020, the budget plan for the next fiscal year which has been formally approved by a majority vote of the County Board of Legislators. The Westchester County Board of Legislators will receive the proposed Capital Budget and the proposed Operating Budget and are charged with passing the County Budget by the end of December 2020.
