2023 Roster

Jefferson County PUD Small Works Roster Solicitation (2023 Roster) Per RCW. 39.04.155, Small Works Roster contract procedures- Limited public works process, Jefferson County PUD No. 1 (JPUD) is soliciting qualified contractors who wish to receive bidding information and be considered for performing work on public works for JPUD projects estimated to cost less than three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000). In order for contractors to qualify the following requirements must be met: 1. Hold a current Washington State Contractor's License. 2. Pay prevailing wage rates in compliance with RCW 39.12 and comply with all Washington State Prevailing wage requirements. 3. Provide Certificate of Insurance prior to beginning any work. 4. Provide a Performance and Payment Bond depending on project size. 5. Be able to comply with federal, state, and local laws. Interested contractors wishing to be placed on the Jefferson County PUD Small Works Roster for building, improvement, repair or other public works projects for 2023 are invited to submit a completed application. Application packets are available upon request.
