A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Design and construction of upgrades to playground at Graehl Park and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project type will be Design-Build. Designed and constructed under a single prime contract. The Fairbanks North Star Borough is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform work consisting of, but not necessarily limited to, upgrading Graehl Park to provide new playground equipment with an improved and accessible play surface. The approximate estimated value of the work is between $250,000 and $750,000.
