CHIPT Charlotte Lincoln West, LLC (Owner) is actively pursuing bids from qualified contractors especially those having M/WBE, SBE and HUB status for the Lincoln Commerce Center West Public Water Project consisting of a new 24" public water main extension project located in Denver, NC. Improvements include approximately 2,573 lf of 24" DIP water line, approximately 390 lf of 36" steel casing by jack and bore, 4 fire hydrants and approximately 98' of 6" DIP water line with associated site demolition, erosion control, grading, traffic control, surveying and landscape restoration. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
