| Description | Project was awarded to Wooldridge Construction Group for $1,892,145.24. For PE Area Phase VI ACM Abatement and Demolition i. Area 1: ACM abatement, demolition and removal of structures and associated appurtenances as identified on the attached Exhibits "A" and "A-1". Building concrete foundations are to remain in place. ii. Area 2: ACM abatement, demolition, and removal of concrete foundations, structures and all associated appurtenances as identified on the attached Exhibits "A" and "A-2". PROJECT COMPLETION: The Work shall be Substantially Complete within 365 days from the date for construction commencement specified on the Notice to Proceed given by the River Ridge Development Authority. Final Completion of the Work shall be within 395 days from the date for construction commencement specified on the Notice to Proceed. |
