Plans call for the construction of a new multi-family apartment community on two separate parcels in the Folsom Corporate Center. The apartment community would consist of 253 apartment units, two clubhouses, 487 parking spaces, and indoor/ outdoor amenities unique to each parcel. As of May 5, 2023, the developer has received funding and construction is expected to begin in second quarter of 2023. The entitlements have been approved and active. The civil civil and building plans have been submitted to the City for review and approval. Grading started in 2022. General contractor has yet to be confirmed. Content has made several attempts to the owner and contractor for an update, however, they have been unresponsive.
