Expand Parking Lighting and Rewiring

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Asheville, NC has a requirement to expand and replace the Charles George VA Medical Center parking lot lighting and all relevant rewiring. Contractor to provide all material and labor necessary to construct work shown on contract drawings, including locating and marking of all underground utilities, protecting utilities during construction, demo, installation of new poles, new concrete bases, LED streetlights, security cameras, rewiring of all streetlights on campus per contract drawings, providing any erosion and sediment control needed during installation and repairing any surfaces or utilities that are damaged during construction back to existing conditions or better. Phasing is necessary to control and mitigate building and parking lot interruptions and down times. Work is expected to be performed outside of normal business hours.
