Description

Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to following: a) Replace all of the aging and damaged exhaust fans and associated ductwork with new. b) Replace the panelboard, circuit breakers, and associated hardware with new. c) Feeder wiring should be replaced at this time due to age. d) Inspect and replace any branch circuit wiring that may be damaged or fatigued. e) Replace the panelboards, circuit breakers, and associated hardware with new. f) Feeder wiring should be replaced at this time due to age. g) Replace the switchboards, circuit breakers, and associated hardware with new. h) Feeder wiring should be replaced at this time due to age. i) Inspect and replace any branch circuit wiring that may be damaged or fatigued. j) Install "indestructible" cover plates on all of the receptacles throughout the facility. k) The broken or missing receptacles should be replaced immediately to eliminate any exposed energized components. l) Replace all of the aging receptacles with new and inspect and replace any damaged or aged branch circuit wiring. m) Install additional branch circuit wiring and receptacles to eliminate the use of extension cords throughout the building. n) Install tamper-resistant outlets where applicable. o) Install GFCI protected outlets where applicable. p) Replace the feeder wiring as the equipment is upgraded and replaced. q) Replace the heating and ventilating unit with new. r) Replace all ductwork and associated accessories. s) Verify the functionality of the irrigation heads, timing and locations of the head coverage to determine the actual amount of water being provided on the campus. t) Replace the original galvanized and/or copper piping as needed. u) Replace the controllers at the end of their expected life cycles or as needed with new Rainmaster Eagle Plus. v) Demolish 33 existing univents and replace with VUVs, add horizontal univent for admin area w) Replace AHUs in gym. Electrical upgrade.
