Contractors in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) shall have a Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility. Contractors Certificate of Responsibility Number shall be included on the outside of the bid envelope otherwise bids under $50,000.00 shall so indicate same on the envelope. Singing River Health System reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to waive any formality where permitted by law.
