Description

Replace the existing Roof Top Unit (RTU) #1 on the roof of the Turners Falls High School. Must remove and dispose of existing defective RTU. New unit to be installed in the same location as the existing unit. Start and check unit operation. Cost of electrical work is to be included in the bid price. Crane will be necessary for completion of the project, and must be included in the price. Unit must be compatible with building management system (BMS) software/ BAS Controllers for discharge air, return air, outdoor air sensors and adjustable climate control through an integrated software.
