New Fire Training Facility

The scope of work below is for the New Training Center. The items below to be included but not limited to the following: 1) Engineers Report dated 11/13/19 to be part of the Bid requirements. 2) Undercut of building pad to an average depth of 2.5’ plus 3’ each side (66’x106’) is to be included. 3) Grade existing site to +/- 2/10ths. 4) All fine grading and backfill is to be included. 5) All required erosion control and construction entry is to be included and maintained for the length of project. 6) Building layout is to be included. 7) Contractor is to leave site with positive drainage at the end of each day, to accelerate drying and safe conditions. 8) Contractor is to supply dumpster for length of project. 9) Materials that are to be stored on site, will be in area designated by Owner. 10) Storage Trailer will also be placed in area designated by Owner. 11) Contractor is to furnish and install footings, column footings and slab as required for the metal building manufactures specifications but shall not be less than the following attached specs. 12) Concrete slab is to be slick finish and sealed. 13) Contractor to furnish and install all plumbing as required by plans to get a complete install.

Division 14 -	Conveying Equipment, Slide Pole Systems, Firehouse Slide Poles.
