Waterfront Park Landscape Beds Renovation

The scope of work includes all materials, equipment, labor, permits, incidentals, and value escalation for the following items: 1. Site mobilization, general conditions, and safety fence; 2. Tree protection and root pruning; 3. Demolition removals: a. Timber ties b. Site furnishing concrete c. bike racks and benches d. Remove top layer of existing stone dust e. Saw cut and remove concrete curb f. Remove existing planting beds g. Shrub and turf removal 4. Expansion of stone dust paths; 5. New timber ties, cut and painted per drawings; 6. Re-installation of existing park benches to new concrete footers; 7. Planting bed expansion, to include soil; 8. Sod; 9. Flagstone footpath; 10. General planting bed preparation
