Cresson Crossroads Municipal Utility District No. 2 - Lift Stations 1 and 2

contract ID number is CCMUD2-22221 Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents or Plans are hereby obligated to submit a written request online For the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the site development of: Lift Stations 1 & 2 serving Cresson Estates Cresson Crossroads Municipal Utility District No. 2 Johnson County, Texas together with all other appurtenant construction for a complete and functional system. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes upon the blank proposal form furnished. Sealed envelopes shall be marked "A SEALED BID for LIFT STATIONS 1 & 2". Plans, specifications, and contract documents may be examined without charge at the offices of Triple Z Engineering, LLC. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all defects and irregularities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible bidder which in the Owner's judgment will be most advantageous to the Owner and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. Bidders are encouraged to read and follow the Special Instructions to Bidders section of the Contract Documents.
