Description

The work included in this project consists of: Closure of the City’s former water treatment spent lime storage facility. The site is approximately 20 acres and will include site excavation, material import, and construction of storm water basins and associated piping with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. The project is scheduled to be completed in three phases, and bid award will be based solely on Phase 1 with the remaining Phases added as a project change order if agreed to between the City and Contractor after bid award.
