RFP - D/B Stewart Park Splash Park

Design/build Project City of Zillah Stewart Park Splash Park the City of Zillah is Soliciting Proposals From Qualified Vendors to Design, Furnish, and Install a Fully Automated, Interactive, Splash Pad System With a Recirculating Water Treatment System. The Project Location is Stewart Park Located at 107 First Avenue in Zillah, Wa. Introduction the City of Zillah Has Been Awarded a Planning for Recreation Access (Pra) and a Federal Land and Water Conservation Fund (Lwcf) Grant to Design and Develop/construct a Splash Park Within Stewart Park. The Development Will Include a Splash Park With Several Features, Landscaping, and Additional Amenities Including Seating. The Development Will Be More Than Just a Place for Active Outdoor Recreation, It Will Also Serve as a Gathering Place for the Community and Visitors Alike. Scope of Services the Successful Contractor Will Be Required to Supply and Construct a Splash Pad in Stewart Park, Near the Existing Playground on the East Side, With the Required Water Treatment System. This Project Includes Demo, Utility Systems, Design, Construction, and Other Amenities and Permitting Required for a Functioning Public Splash Pad.
