Competitive Sealed Proposals for selection of a General Contractor firm to replace the Cast Iron and Galvanized piping from the Agricultural Building located on the University campus. Deadline for Questions March 27, 2023 @5:00pm CST Construction Scheduled Start Date May 1, 2023 Respondents shall restrict all contact with the Owner and direct all questions regarding this CSP, including questions regarding terms and conditions, to the Point-of-Contact person. The successful Respondent agrees to execute the Payment and Performance Bonds within ten (10) calendar days, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, after notification that the offeror has been identified by the Owner as the Respondent with the "best value" Proposal The Owner may evaluate the Proposals based on the anticipated completion of all or any portion of the Project. The Owner reserves the right to divide the project into multiple parts, to reject any and all Proposals and re-solicit for new Proposals, or to reject any and all Proposals and temporarily or permanently abandon the Project. Owner makes no representations, written or oral, that it will enter into any form of agreement with any respondent to the CSP for any project and no such representation is intended or should be constructed by the issuance of this CSP.
