| Description | It shall be the intent and purpose of these specifications to outline and detail the terms and conditions which the County of Northampton is soliciting proposals from contractors to qualify firms to provide specialized environmental services for the abatement of indoor hazardous materials including, but not limited to, lead based paint, mold and asbestos on an "as needed basis". It is the intent to qualify vendors who will be asked to "bid" on specific projects as they arise and it will be determined at that time if it must be bid with prevailing wage consideration. |
