| Description | This specification describes the requirements to provide plumbing repairs, installation, maintenance, and plumbing related remodeling services on an as-needed basis at the locations specified in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). The contract with the successful bidder will be written as Not to Exceed the bid amount offered or 36 months, whichever is achieved first. This contract is expected to begin May 21st, 2021. Location of work shall include but not limited to: • Snow Hill SHA Facility – 5603 Market Street, Snow Hill Maryland • Worcester Visitors Center – Route 13 – Pocomoke, Maryland • Ocean City & Pocomoke Bridge Tender Houses • Berlin Satellite Shop Buildings • Other sites as designated in Worcester County |
